Reaping Reward from a Double Life

Neil Lindenmayer, lives an amazing double life. Hard working motor technician by day; wizard share trader by night. And he is reaping the rewards.

Neil joined the ACOFE at the start of last year and he has never looked back. After becoming frustrated with his previous methods of trading shares on his computer, he decided to take a step in the right direction and enroll in a course with ACOFE.

"I had been trading shares with my computer software but had been having trouble because of the poor back up from the people with software knowledge but with no market training" he says.

When Neil wanted software help there was no problem, but just because the technicians knew about the software, didn’t mean they knew anything about the stock market. Neil needed support and guidance on selling and buying shares.

So instead of increasing his frustration be trying to work with what he had he decided to learn from the people who know exactly what they are doing and he enrolled in a course with the ACOFE. "ACOFE was exactly what I was looking for" Neil says that after his first lesson last year, he has learnt to trade in the Australian stock market daily and weekly, as a technical trainer and he admits that he is still learning new things every day.

"The more you know about the market the more you want to know" he says.

Neil works as a motor technician at a local car dealership, which he finds fits in really well with his new found ability to buy, sell and trade on the Australian stock market.

"It all works out fine because I can do my trading at night" he says. ACOFE also run their courses mostly at night time for the convenience of people who still want to maintain there full time jobs and careers, while also learning about and earning an extra income by buying, selling and trading on the stock market.

Neil admits that while he has also enjoyed learning more about the stock market at ACOFE he has also met a lot of new friends. The classes are almost a social occasion as well, where students can discuss what they've learnt amongst friends and fellow traders.

"I've met heaps of friends who attend the college and we all chat about the market when we have breaks during our training" he says.

Talking and associating with people who have similar interests and are taking the same steps in benefiting their financial knowledge is also a step in the right direction.

After being enrolled in the course since the start of last year, Neil is obviously impressed with what he has learnt and what he has gotten out of the ACOFE course.

"As the financial cycle consists of property, cash and shares as its basic elements, I'm positioning myself for the share cycle" Neil reveals.

He has gained many skills that will further enhance his proficiency in the area and ultimately make his stock market experiences more successful and ultimately more profitable.

"I would recommend ACOFE for anyone who wants to take control of their own finances, young and old" he says.
